Then we move into Phase 2: Systems and Scale.

1. We’ll focus on building clear, effective business processes that free up your time, eliminate back-and-forth, and allow your team to operate without constantly needing your input.

2. Every week, we’ll meet as a group to review progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement the next key system.

3. You’ll have direct access to me and my team for support inside our private Facebook group.

4. We’ll share the best tools, templates, and strategies we’ve used to help other trades businesses scale.

5. And if you get stuck? A quick post in the group will get you moving again.

Investment: $2,200 on acceptance, then 4 payments of $1,250 (ex GST in AUD).
